The Middle Way Meditation Retreat proudly provides two courses of meditation that are designed to provide for you an in depth experience in practicing Meditation. Those are:
1. “Chiang Mai” One-Session Meditation Program
This course is conducted at Chiang Mai downtown office every second, third, and forth Saturday of every month. An experienced Buddhist Monk will come and teach every second Saturday of the month. The third and forth Saturday, meditation session will be given by an expert meditation instructor.
